Add what the list misses
Use a custom item for something specific to your journey, such as equipment for an activity or a household essential. Give it a name that is easy to recognise later. Packfolk keeps custom items when the generated checklist is refreshed.
Decide who packs it
Edit quantities and assignees so shared items do not become accidental duplicates. The app also offers due dates for checklist items. Use these details to make a task clear: how many are needed, who is responsible and when it should be ready.
Check readiness before leaving
Use search and filters to find remaining items, then review the checklist’s readiness view. A tick records your own check, so look in the actual bag for essentials before leaving. Review documents and bookings separately when they are part of the trip.
